Peter Davies
Sales Director
Peter has extensive experience in managing proposals and tenders including budgets over $100Million. He brings knowledge of change management and restructuring, business development and operational management.
Peter’s demonstrated ability to identify and implement business improvement strategies to increase profitability across company operations is a huge advantage to our clients. Focusing on Make Good and Maintenance Services Works. Peter has worked across a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution and construction and has strong project management experience to bring to his clients.
Dee Matthews
Operations
Dee has over 15 years of experience working predominantly within the financial services at organisations such as Goldman Sachs, GE Capital and Vanguard. Dee has acquired a breadth of experience across multiple functions including human resources, project management, business administration, change management and corporate services & real estate.
Dee has strong operational and commercial acumen as well as senior management skills and a sound ability to lead effectively across several of Kykorp’s business functions. Dee’s breadth of experience allows her to effectively support the operations of Kykorp, positioning the business well to provide a best in class experience for their clients.
Project Management Team
Kykorp’s project management team have combined 40+ years’ experience and hold all qualifications and certificates as required by law. Our team are nationally based with the ability to service all of Australia and will ensure the delivery of any project large or small to your timelines.
Our designated project management team are experienced in executing all facets of your projects end to end, including design brief and strategy, converting brief to design concept, sourcing materials from independent networks, installation and managing costs and every trade throughout the entire process.
Our project management team is supported by state-of-the-art technology allowing them to effectively manage every step of your project and provide access to live data throughout real time activity.
